Our wedding DOCs offer a variety of options to assist you in coordinating your wedding. if our plans don't fit your needs, we are more than happy to tailor our services to you.

To begin, we offer a complimentary consultation to assess your areas of need. Following your consultation, we provide you with a detailed proposal outlining what services you require and a flat rate for those services provided. If, during the process, adjustments need to be made, the contract will reflect those changes and will be fully discussed before additional fees are assessed.

All weddings include:

  • Unlimited consultations of the services you’ve selected.
  • Pre-planned phone conversations so we’re on the same page.
  • Exceptional customer service and assistance.

Each bride has different needs and wants for her special day, so we have a few options that will suit nearly everyone. The Wedding D.O.C might prescribe:


A Cup of Security...

For the bride-to-be who is in need of complete assistance in planning, as well as help on the day-of the ceremony, this option is ideal. Perfectly suited for an out-of-town bride or a bride with a demanding personal or work schedule, this option will give you professional advice every step of the way. Some of the services this option includes are:

  • Assistance with budgeting
  • Help in researching and locating ceremony and reception venues appropriate for your tastes.
  • Contract negotiation with vendors and venues, i.e. reception and ceremony spaces, hotel rooms, florists, etc.
  • Organization of payments and special accommodations per each contract
  • Communication with venue providers, caterers, florists, etc.
  • Bringing décor and other items needed to the ceremony site to finalize set up.
  • Finalizing details with entertainment, food and beverage, and decorations for the day of the ceremony.
  • Directing the dress rehearsal.
  • All day-of-coordinating, until the last dance has finished.
  • Distribution of gratuities and final payments as needed.

A Tablespoon of Happiness...

If you’re a bride who can take ideas and run with them, this is the plan for you. This plan allows you to have professional help in getting the ball rolling and gives you the freedom to turn those starting ideas into reality. With the option of having our wedding DOC’s assist you again six weeks prior to the ceremony, all your wedding needs will be taken care of. This option of services includes:

  • Research and assistance in locating a ceremony and reception venue.
  • Providing referrals for venues within your budget.
  • Helping to negotiate contracts for venues and vendors with the best prices and best services offered.
  • Attending meetings with caterers and florists to ensure the best value and products.
  • Finalizing details 6 weeks prior to the ceremony with all vendors.
  • Bringing last minute items to the ceremony site and coordinating set up on the day of the ceremony.
  • Providing day-of assistance and taking care of vendor gratuity and final payments as necessary.

A Teaspoon of Love...

This option gives you the flexibility to start your planning and get the help of your wedding DOC six weeks before your special day. We will help you put together last minute details and assist in day-of coordination, which include:

  • Attending meetings to finalize details with catering services and ceremony and reception sites.
  • Bringing wedding items to the reception site the day before the wedding and review the day’s agenda.
  • Coordinate and set up the ceremony and reception sites.
  • Providing day-of coordination until the last dance is over.
  • Taking care of vendor gratuities and final payments as needed.

A Dose of Serenity...

If you have your entire day planned but need assistance finalizing last-minute details to ensure your weekend goes smoothly, this option is perfect for you. It allows you and your family to do all the planning for the big day and leave the last minute day-of details to us. This encompasses:

  • Consultation approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding so you’re able to fully explain your vision to your coordinator.
  • Set up the wedding ceremony and reception site on the actual day.
  • Provide day-of coordinating until the last sip of champagne.
  • Wrap up final vendor gratuities and payments as necessary

Just the Décor...

You have your entire day planned - cake, dress, menu – but don’t know where to start when it comes to the decorations. If you’re lost when it comes to décor, let us help you. We will discuss your options, talk you through latest trends, and assemble and deliver all items to the ceremony and reception site. We can:

  • Help coordinating color themes for your weekend wedding.
  • Integrating themed colors into the ceremony and reception with personally designed invitations, place cards, and favors.
  • Assistance in choosing linens, table décor, centerpieces and other special items, like a monogrammed dance floor.

Other Helpful Hints...

You might not have thought about it but the DOC recommends:

  • Contracts can be negotiated
  • Communication, communication, communication with all vendors
  • Lunch for the ladies spending your special day with you
  • Bring a radio and some games to the bridal parlor
  • Have your lifesaving kit ready (needle & thread, pantyhose, tampons)
  • Take as many pictures as possible before the ceremony so you can enjoy the cocktail hour
  • Spend some "alone time" before the reception, it will be the only time you get together as you will be the bell of the ball for the day
